Palm View is a luxurious architectural home perched on top of the Ruby Bay cliffs over looking Tasman Bay with views all the way to Durville Island. Views to the rear of the property overlook a vineyard to Mt Arthur. This resort like property boasts a 12m swimming pool, spa pool, built-in BBQ area, fire-pits and multiple outdoor areas. Completed in early 2020 this modern home has 4 double bedrooms. No expense has been spared on this very special property.

The space
This is a great property for groups, couples or families.
Upstairs - Master bedroom, ensuite and deck
Upstairs - Separate stairwell to the master. This area is self-contained. Kitchenette, bathroom, queen bedroom, lounge area plus private balcony overlooking the sea with outdoor seating.
Downstairs - 2 Queen rooms, 2 bathrooms, games room
Living - Lounge, dining, kitchen with butler's pantry, separate toilet, and laundry.
The home has 2 balconies with seating, 3 outdoor lounge areas, 2 outdoor dining areas and 2 firepits - one gas on the patio and one wood located on the cliff. Also seating around the spa and pool.
Guest access
Office, storeroom and garages will not be accessible. We will put our personal items in these rooms. Plenty of driveway parking up private right off way.
Other things to note
We have had cats living on the property but no dogs. The cats will be in a cattery during your stay.
